(四)右六封四闭
身体稍左转,左腿弓膝塌劲,身体重心移至左腿;同时,右手以腕为轴,手指向前向下、再向内向上划一圆弧,再还原成立掌,掌心斜向前,掌指向上;左手以腕为轴,虎口贴于腹部,在腹前绕一圆弧再还原成托掌,仍在腹前。与此同时,右腿再向前弓膝塌劲,还原成右偏马步,眼法不变。(图22、23)

身体稍左转,左腿弓膝塌劲,成左偏马步。同时右手向下向内划弧捋至腹前,掌心斜向左,掌指斜向前下方;随之左手逆缠提左腕稍向前上与右腕相贴,掌心向左,掌指向下,眼看右前方。(图24)

身体右转,右腿弓膝塌劲成右弓步,左腿微屈。同时右手逆缠,左手随右手顺缠旋转,向右前上方转出,手同肩高;右掌心斜向右前下方,掌指斜向前上方;左手随右手转出至右侧前方,掌心斜向内,掌指斜向上。眼法不变。(图25)

身体左转,左腿弓膝塌劲,右腿稍屈,成左偏马步。左手逆缠向下向左再向上采转至左耳侧,成刁勾手,勾尖斜向下,屈腕屈肘;同时右手顺缠向下向前屈臂托起,掌心向上,掌指斜向右前方,松肩屈臂沉肘。眼法不变。(图26)

身体继续左转,左腿弓膝塌劲,成左弓步。同时,左勾手变掌顺缠,向左向内划一小弧转至左腮侧,掌心斜向前;右手顺缠向内转至右腮侧,掌心斜向前。眼看左前方。(图27)

身体右转,右腿弓膝塌劲,身体重心移至右腿,提起左脚向前跟步,落在右脚的左后侧,脚尖着地,成左后虚步,两膝外展,裆撑圆。同时两手随转体逆缠向右侧下方按出,两掌指斜向上,掌心斜向右前下方。两眼平视。(图28)

【要点】当右手缠腕左右弓膝时,裆劲要塌住,不可松散,同时左手在腹前也划一小圈。两手向左平云时,身体转动要保持中正,要以腰脊为轴,不要前俯后仰。丁步双按时,脊背要有向后的撑力。
