7.7　Commissioning of Bell-less Charging Equipment

7.7.1　The commissioning of equipment shall meet the following requirements:

1　The upper and lower sealing valve driven by cylinder piston shall be respectively opened/closed for at least 3 times.The operation shall be stable and the rotation shall be flexible，the opening angle of the valve shall meet the requirements in the design documents.

2　The flow control valve driven by cylinder piston shall be respectively opened/closed for at least 3 times.The operation shall be stable and the rotation shall be flexible，the opening angle of the valve shall meet the requirements in the design documents.The opening angle shall be consistent with that indicated on the control panel.

3　The feeding switch valve driven by cylinder piston shall be respectively opened/closed for at least 3 times.The operation shall be stable and the rotation shall be flexible，the opening angle of the valve shall meet the requirements in the design documents.

4　The unloading valve of receiving hopper driven by cylinder piston shall be respectively opened/closed for at least 3 times.The acts shall be stable and the rotation shall be flexible，the opening angle of the valve shall meet the requirements in the design documents.

5　The distribution Chute shall rotate to 0° from the maximum inclination specified in the design documents and then return to the original position for at least 3 times，all parts’action shall be flexible and the stop position shall also meet the requirements in the design documents.

6　The transmission gear box with distribution Chute shall run for at least 1h respectively in positive and reverse direction，the temperature rise of the bearing shall meet the requirements in current national standard GB 50231 General Code for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering.All parts'action shall be flexible，stable with no abnormal vibration or noise.
