采购单 猪里脊肉200克
调料 玉米淀粉100克,白糖30克,姜1小块,大葱1根,白醋2勺,生抽1勺,料酒、盐各1小勺,食用油适量

锅中倒入适量食用油,烧至七成热后下入肉片图4。中小火炸至肉片呈金黄色,再用漏勺将肉片捞出图5。锅中留底油,下入葱丝、姜丝,调入白醋、生抽、白糖,翻炒均匀。再次倒入炸好的肉片,翻炒均匀即可出锅图6。
